How to use water-based labeling glue

1. Confirm the bottle material, label material, gluing method (machine gluing or manual gluing) and bonding speed (number of labels bonded per hour), and ask the glue supplier to provide suitable water-based labeling glue.
2. Set the bonding speed and glue amount of the gluing machine.
3. After the bottle is labeled, it is necessary to observe whether it is properly bonded (whether the corners of the label are lifted up, moved, etc.).
4. If you need to test water resistance and high and low temperature resistance, you need to leave it for 48 hours before testing.

Application notes

1. Select the corresponding glue according to different materials and machine speed.

2. Optimum operating temperature: 20℃-35℃.

3. Glue amount: 40g-80g/㎡, adjust the glue amount according to the material.
4. It cannot be mixed with other adhesives, and the labeling equipment must be cleaned before use.
5. In order to achieve the best use effect, it is best not to add water to prepare.
