How to use jelly adhesives?

1. Understand the materials to be bonded and the glue application method (manual glue application, machine glue application), and ask the glue supplier to provide suitable jellyglue.
2. Put the jellyglue into the glue melting container, adjust the appropriate machine temperature (60-80°C) to start melting.
3. Add a certain proportion (5-10%) of water to mix and stir.
4. Apply glue to the bonding material and apply some pressure.
5. It is recommended to leave the bonded product for more than 24 hours before proceeding to the next processing step.

Application notes

1. Clean hot water can be added appropriately, and when mixing, stir evenly.
2. The temperature is high in summer, so it is necessary to control the temperature between 75 ℃ and 85 ℃.
3. In winter, the temperature is low, heat is lost quickly, and the opening time is short. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the usage temperature appropriately.
4. When using white paper (with a weight of 80-160 grams), the amount of glue applied is 40-50g/㎡. If the amount of glue applied is too high, it is prone to color transmission.
5. A thermometer must be used to monitor the colloid temperature from 60 to 70 ℃. Excessive temperature can lead to decreased viscosity, discoloration, color transmission, and other issues.
