How to use epoxy resin AB adhesive?

1. Confirm the materials to be bonded, the glue application method and the open time, and communicate with the epoxy resin AB glue supplier about the glue model.
2. Pre-treat the materials to be bonded (grinding, leveling, cleaning, etc.).
3. Mix glue A and glue B in the correct proportion and stir them evenly.
4. During the open time, apply glue to the bonded materials and apply pressure to the bonded parts with a clamp (pressurization time is more than 3 hours).
5. After removing the pressure, it is recommended to leave it for at least 24 hours before proceeding to the next process.

Application notes

1. The moisture content of wood should be controlled between 8 and 12%.
2. The combined parts should be kept in a newly processed state, smooth and without saw marks or oil stains.
3. Strictly distinguish between glue A and glue B. It is forbidden to mix glue A and glue B before use.
4. After preparing glue A and glue B mixing together, stir effectively for 2 to 3 minutes. Uneven stirring or improper preparation ratio will reduce the hardness and strength of the colloid.
5. The bonded AB glue must be appropriately pressurized to keep its contact state unchanged until the adhesive film is completely solidified.
