High-frequency panel assembly glue, cured at high frequency or at room temperature, the film is water-resistant and heat-resistant. The panel glue meets the JAS test requirements and complies with the EU D4 grade standard; the assembly glue meets the EU D3 grade standard. Can pass GB/T 18583-2008, ROHS, REACH, phthalate 17P, etc.
Application :Common high-frequency bonding and bonding of various woods such as pine, birch, rubber, lotus and miscellaneous wood, beech, white wax wood, ash, oak, etc.
Glue amount: 180-250 g/㎡
Pressure pressure: 20 times the material density. For example, low density material 7.0 – 10.0 Kg/cm², medium density material 9.0-12.0 Kg/cm², high density material 12.0-18.0Kg/cm²
Pressure time: 2-5 minutes for panel assembly (depending on the material and temperature, the pressure time is shorter for soft wood and high temperature); 10-180 seconds for assembly (depending on the equipment, glue type, material, structure and temperature) Fixed, the pressurization time is short when using soft wood and high temperatures)
Use temperature: above 10℃. When used in winter, the glue ambient temperature should be appropriately heated, preferably above 15°C.
