Anhydrous polyurethane adhesive series, with long active period, high bonding strength, excellent anti-aging and water resistance properties; suitable for bonding wall building materials, insulation materials and multi-layer composite panels, etc., and is widely used in the furniture industry, construction industry, etc. Can pass GB/T 18583-2008, ROHS, REACH, phthalate 17P, etc.
Application :Suitable for bonding metal, wood, plastic (except PE, PP plastic) and other materials, such as aluminum plate + aluminum honeycomb + aluminum plate, calcium silicate board + XPS extruded board + calcium silicate board, marble plate + aluminum honeycomb + Bonding of marble boards, perlite glass magnesium boards and other materials
The surface of the material must be clean and free of grease, dust or other debris. Apply glue evenly to the surface of the base material (either wood board or PVC film or other materials).
Do not come into contact with water or water vapor before and during use to prevent the formation of bubbles in the film and reduce its strength.
The use temperature is 15-30℃. When used in winter, the glue environment needs to be appropriately heated, preferably above 20°C.
