PUR hot melt adhesive is called moisture curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. Its adhesiveness and toughness (elasticity) are adjustable, and it has excellent bonding strength, temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance. Can pass GB/T 18583-2008, ROHS, REACH, phthalate 17P, etc.
Application : Edge banding of solid wood, thin wood, melamine, polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS, PP and other materials with density board, multi-layer board, solid wood board, wood plastic board and other materials.
The surface of the material must be clean and free of grease, dust or other debris. Apply glue evenly to the surface of the base material (skin coating or board coating is acceptable)
Do not come into contact with water or water vapor before and during use to prevent bubbles from forming in the film and reducing its strength.
The operating temperature is 15-30℃. When used in winter, the glue environment needs to be appropriately heated, preferably above 20°C.

A3. If it is used continuously, it does not need to be cleaned. However, if it is used for the first time, the glue suction cup and straw need to be cleaned before use.
A4. Yes, Blue Rhino’s universal version of PUR hot melt adhesive can be used at 10-35°C (excluding special weather temperatures). However, it is recommended to use fast-curing types in summer and slow-curing types in winter.
