How to use white glue?

1. According to the density of the wood, ask the glue manufacturer to provide the appropriate glue.
2. Smooth, polish and clean the wood surface.
3. Use tools (brush, roller, glue applicator, etc.) to apply glue to the wood surface.
4. Use tools (clamps, straps, press, etc.) to apply pressure to the wood for a certain period of time.
5. After removing the pressure, let it dry naturally for at least 48 hours before entering the next processing step.

Application notes

1. Recommended operating ambient temperature: 8-38°C. The surface of the substrate should be clean, flat, wax-free, not warped, and tightly adhered.
2. When opening a new barrel, stir the adhesive to make it uniform to avoid the influence of water vapor. Seal immediately after removing the glue to prevent film formation on the adhesive surface.
3. Glue coating amount: 110-180 g/m² of glue applied on one side, adjusted according to the material and glue type, and the standard is to extrude a uniform glue line after lamination.
4. Control the closing time of the assembly to less than 15 minutes, and keep the pressure balanced during pressurization, that is, ensure that the plate is evenly stressed at all parts, and there are no biased or pressure-free parts.
5. Pressurizing time, cold pressing (summer): 60-180 minutes; pressurizing pressure: 1.5kg-1.8kg/cm².
   Cold pressing (winter): 90-300 minutes; pressurizing pressure: 1.5kg-1.8kg/cm2
6. After pressure relief, it should be aged for a period of time (when the temperature is <15°C, wait for 24 hours before entering the next processing step; (when the temperature is >15°C, wait for 12 hours before entering the next processing step).)
7. When testing is required, please test at least 7 days later to ensure accurate test results.

If you need to proceed to the next process, it is recommended to dry for at least 48 hours so that the glue can reach the optimal strength.
